Jenny Tyler was raised in Nashville Tennessee and has been dancing her whole life. Daughter of a dance studio owner she was basically born into a huge dance family. Her mother and aunt raised her to take at multiple studios to get the most education in dance she could. She did shows as a child for Kids for Saving Earth, Just Say No and assisted dance conventions in the summers. After receiving numerous college scholarships, under the advice of Bruce Stegmann, she accepted a scholarship with Gus Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago and left Nashville at 17. After spending many years as a lead dancer for Dolphin Cruise Lines, The Pines Resorts in NY and Carnival Cruise Lines, she moved back to Nashville and purchased the dance studio she was raised in. She and her husband, Chris Tyler have 3 dancing daughters and still operate the company. Both she and Chris travel the country holding master classes and creating works for other dance studios.
